The 3D printed keepsake should not be placed near or exposed to open flames, heat sources or high-temperature environments such as heaters, fireplaces, ovens, hot vehicles, prolonged direct sunlight, or used in environments where temperatures may exceed typical indoor conditions. The 3D printed keepsake is not fire resistant and has low heat tolerance. Exposure to heat may cause softening, deformation, or degradation. PLA is a heat sensitive material and should be kept well below 50°C and away from heat sources, including heaters, radiators, open flames, candles, hot appliances, and hot vehicles. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV light may also result in fading or brittleness over time.
Dust and airborne particles can accumulate on the 3D printed keepsake over time, particularly when it is displayed in open areas. Regular light cleaning will help maintain the appearance of the product and prevent build up in fine or detailed areas. For routine cleaning, gently dust the item using a dry cloth, microfiber cloth, or feather duster. Fine details or crevices may be cleaned carefully using a soft brush, such as a clean paintbrush or makeup brush. Avoid aggressive scrubbing as the keepsake is not scratch resistant.
