Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are currently shipping within Australia, as well as New Zealand, the United States, and Canada via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order and in line with Australia Post’s flat rate charges.

PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT TIME
Each keepsake is custom-made from your ultrasound scan and requires time for production prior to shipping.

  • Production and fulfilment time is 7-10 business days from the date we receive your ultrasound scan file and all required information has been received.
  • For deliveries within Australia: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately one week, depending on whether you select regular or express post, and your location and the Australia Post network.
  • For deliveries outside of Australia: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

Please note that production and delivery timeframes may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, and promotional sales events.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
When you order, you need to select between the following shipping options:

Regular Post

  • Includes Signature on Delivery
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Within Queensland: 2–5 business days
    • Interstate (Australia-wide): 3–8 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days

Express Post

  • Includes Signature on Delivery
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Within Queensland: 1–2+ business days
    • Interstate (Australia-wide): 1–3+ business days
    • International: 6-9 business days

DELIVERY SPEED
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The origin and destination of the parcel
  • Regional or remote delivery locations
  • Public holidays and peak shopping periods
  • Weather events and unforeseen transport delays
  • Current levels of congestion within the Australia Post network

The actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory or country the item is being posted to, and the level of congestion in the Australia Post delivery network at the relevant time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with their order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, Ultrasound Prints is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed during transit.
  • Signature on delivery is included in all orders. A signature will be required upon receipt.
  • If no one is available to accept a signature-required delivery, a card will be left with instructions for collection from a designated location.
  • Customers who authorise a parcel to be left unattended (such as selecting a "Leave Safe" or "Leave at Door" option) accept full responsibility for the parcel after delivery. Ultrasound Prints cannot be held liable for loss or theft of parcels left unattended.
  • Orders returned due to customer-related issues, including incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel within the carrier's collection period, will incur additional postage charges to resend the order.
